    Gaia Day Spa is the pure heart of the Gaia experience, where nurturing, exceptional healers and therapists are a testimony to the holistic ethos of this multi award winning spa. Drawing on this holistic wisdom, Gaia has developed unique specialised treatments, fitness & health programs, as well as alternative therapies suitable to both men and women.     Cuisine

    Another highlight of the resort is its award-winning Gaia cuisine, fusing culinary passion with subtle colourful flavours, capturing the intensity of the dishes. All gourmet meals are served in Kukura House, the central meeting room lodge where everyone gathers. Each meal a culinary experience in itself. The day begins with a sumptuous buffet and hot breakfast, followed by a light lunch, while the evening unfolds with a luxurious three-course fine dining experience. The Gaia approach to food is hearty and healthy with in-house chefs personally choosing the freshest organic produce available from the Retreat’s organic garden as well as from several local orchards and plantations. The head Chef of the resort, Dan Trewartha has truly raised the bar fulfilling on an exquisite Authentic Australian Spa Cuisine Experience with his innovative style of delicious food. He makes sure that the menu changes daily and gets customised to each individual’s preferences, desires and special dietary requirements.
